This refrigerator is not recommended for food storage. Items loaded into this unit should be pre-chilled to proper serving temperatures; this unit is intended for maintaining cold product temperatures, but not for making warm items colder. This display refrigerator also operates best in ambient temperatures of 90 degrees Fahrenheit and below.
