If an item arrives damaged in shipment we will required that photos of 1) the box AND packaging, 2) the shipping label and 3) the damage to the item itself and a description of the damage will be necessary.

All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.
