These are used and new items.  Surplus items from schools, and government agencies in many cases. Some of the items I sell are 50 lbs+ and require expensive packing material to arrive to you in working condition.  I try to test and describe as honestly as possible.  I'm not looking for top dollar.  I am looking to make a reasonable profit, and share the savings with a buyer.  I want everyone to feel like they got a great deal when they buy from me.  I can't change the condition of an item to make you happy but I can change the price to make you happy!  I love to negotiate so make me an offer!!
BUYING TONER/INK FROM ME:
These are surplus toners that are new.  All the toners I sell are in the original vacuum sealed bag. Sometimes boxes have been opened or damaged such as dent, holes or crushed corners.  We inspect every damaged or opened box for a sealed undamaged cartridge.  We will advertise if the box is sealed or not, damaged or not.  All damaged box/damaged toners are disposed of.  Most of them are not expired and some are but we do not check or disclose that information as we get way to much product in.
RETURNS:
If the items is grossly and obviously not as described or it doesn't work when I advertised it does, YES you can have a refund.  Shipping however is non refundable.  Please message me first for the cost of shipping your item if that may be a factor in your decision. Whatever you decide please contact me first before you  file any complaints.  I work hard to keep a positive feedback which means I work hard to make my customers happy.  CONTACT ME FIRST, PLEASE!
DAMAGE:
If your item arrives damaged, you must keep all of the packaging and the box.  Take many pictures of all.  Try to take pics as you open is even better.  You will not get refund if I cannot get a claim approved because you threw away the evidence.  Keep it till you get refund!!
