    I am unsure of the date on this as the cancel appears to be 46 but the postcard and handwriting style is more in line with WW1 era so I guess the 4 might be a 1.  This building is infamous for it's function in WW2 as the "Court" which decided whether the heredity of your ancestors predicated the need for forced sterilization due to the "diseased" nature of your heredity  Ya--you can't make this up folks.  Lest we forget so we do not repeat.
    The postcards are about 3.5 x 5 inches.
