James Kent OLD FOLEY Gold Roses Shaving Mug Scuttle Style Staffordshire England

James Kent is the maker of this beautiful Old Foley Shaving mug made in Staffordshire England.  t is off white porcelain with molded panels and blossoms and scalloped edges.  The front and back panels have a two large roses with stems, leaves and vines painted in gold.  The soap dish portion has rose leaves painted in gold on the inner and outer walls.  A single rose bud with leaves and stem is painted in gold on the front of the scuttle. The upper edge of the dish and scuttle are also trimmed with gold.  This beauty does not appear to have ever been used. Makers name is both impressed and stamped on the bottom. I find no flaws.
