Vintage Lord Nelson Pottery Old Ironsides Ship 1797 Shaving Mug Handcrafted.
This vintage shaving mug was handcrafted in England. The scene depicts the clipper ship “ Old Ironsides 1797” which is tied up to the dock in Boston Harbor. It measures approximately 4” h x 7” handle to spout. It is in good condition. The is a small crack shown in photo #9. I’m pretty sure it’s under the glaze. I can’t feel it  when I run my nail over it.  The gold accents show very little signs of wear. I have indicated the two areas in photo #8 where you can see some slight wear of the gold. Please see pictures for accurate condition. Sold “As Found” condition.
